Crisis Text Line provides free, confidential 24/7 support via text message. By texting HOME to 741741, individuals can connect with a trained volunteer Crisis Counselor who will help them move from a hot moment to a cool calm. The service is designed to support those dealing with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.
