The Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation ('JMHF Hong Kong') is a non-profit charitable organization established in 2004 by Ms. Lam Kin Ming, a recovered depression and anxiety patient, along with a group of dedicated volunteers. The organization is dedicated to promoting knowledge about emotional disorders, reducing misunderstandings and discrimination, and providing support services for patients and their families. As a non-governmental and non-subsidized organization, it relies on fundraising and donations to cover its expenses. Through various educational activities, it aims to raise public awareness about mental health and provide information, referral services, and counseling for those in need.
