Hong Kong Eating Disorders Association (also known as 'HEDA') is a charitable organization set up on 30 October 1999 by Mr. Daniel Yiu with a group of patients, caregivers and concerned individuals. In 2000, HEDA was incorporated as a limited company and registered in Hong Kong as a tax exempted charity (IR File No. 91/6030). Since November 2016, we have become an agency member of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS). We also have become a member agency of the Community Chest of Hong Kong in 2017. We have an advisory team comprising professionals of psychiatrists, paediatricians, psychologists, social workers and dietitians.
