The conversation surrounding mental health has become increasingly important, as the past few years have highlighted the unique challenges faced by marginalized communities. Specifically, individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) or as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) have often encountered distinct barriers when seeking mental health support. Recognizing the critical need for inclusive and culturally affirming support, we aim to provide custom resources for mental health exploration and healing within these communities.

Mental Health First Aid International is a global organization that develops and delivers evidence-based training programs to equip individuals with the skills to support those experiencing mental health problems. The program is designed to be adaptable to different cultures and communities and is delivered by accredited instructors worldwide.
