The Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS) is a pilot scheme introduced by the HKSAR Government to attract non-local students enrolled in eligible VTC full-time HD programmes to stay and work in Hong Kong upon graduation.
The VPAS aims to contribute to the relevant skilled trades by encouraging non-local students to stay in Hong Kong after completing their studies at VTC.
