The Mental Health Forum was started in 2003 by the Mental Health Foundation, a UK-based charity. Now, a large team of volunteers run the forum with the support of the non-profit organisation, Together 4 Change. Here at the Mental Health Forum, you can speak openly and anonymously about your mental health experiences. You can talk about what is going on in your life with people who know what’s it’s like to face mental health difficulties and everything that goes alongside them. Our experienced team of volunteers ensures that the Mental Health Forum is a safe place where everyone feels welcome. Our forum members and various mental health experts have written articles on a wide range of mental health issues.
