APAC - Emergenetics
The invention of the Emergenetics Profile allowed people to gain a personalized understanding of how they prefer to approach work and life. The creation of the Meeting of the Minds workshops allowed the team to come together to improve communication, collaboration, and engagement, and to gain powerful knowledge that could be easily applied. Our story begins with Geil Browning and Wendell Williams, who met while working as pioneers in brain research. They realized that they shared a common vision of creating a personality assessment that would reveal both thinking and behavioral preferences (revolutionary at the time!) to help individuals and organizations realize their full potential.
