Create Love, Happiness, and Energy Through Action
Love and happiness are invisible, but we can actively pursue happiness through our actions.
I often wonder, why do people seek happiness? Is happiness a means to an end or an end in itself? In the process of pursuing happiness, which of our actions are merely means, and which are the ultimate purposes we must uphold?
While means may vary, the goal of happiness remains constant and must be pursued with perseverance. Just like in an exam, the score isn't the most important thing—what matters most is the growth we experience during the process, the clarity we gain about what we truly want, and the continuous iteration of ourselves.
Action and the Pursuit of Happiness
Many times, we might believe that certain things are unnecessary, that some actions are irrelevant. But does doing nothing truly align with the concept of “non-action”?
From my perspective, true “non-action” comes after purposeful action. If we never act, we won't know when to wait for the right moment or when to step forward and take charge. We risk becoming bystanders, unsure of when to start or when to stop.
Growth Through Action
Most things in life work this way—we only discover opportunities through constant action. It's through action that we validate what we pursue and foster personal growth. Without action, nothing will be achieved.
Happiness is created through action, and great love is expressed through action. By continuously taking action and adjusting our course, we align our focus with the development of the world and our personal growth.
Balance Between Action and Mindfulness
Loving ourselves means embracing what we do and what we aspire to do. It means fully embracing the present, the only moment we can truly control. Positive energy comes not from passively waiting but from knowing that we must act.
You might ask, does this place too much emphasis on the power of action, dismissing silent love or the value of mindfulness and meditation? Is love only real when acted upon? Does mindfulness hold no value?
Of course not. Both have their value. While some find breakthroughs in meditation, I believe many more find growth through action—through giving love, feeling love, and receiving love in return. The two approaches are interconnected: one still, one active.
Integration of Movement and Stillness
The combination of movement and stillness is ideal. We need clarity in stillness, and we need to walk our path through action. My own experiences have shown me the value of balancing thought and action, for it is through this combination that we truly grow.
Perhaps the many experiences I've had, the countless repetitions of lessons, have led me to forget many psychological concepts and theories. But those concepts and theories have been subtly integrated into the products we create, and I hope they benefit many more people.
True Energy Comes From Within
True energy doesn't come from external sources, though this doesn't negate the material world. Long-lasting energy always comes from within.
Keep going, my friends. I hope our products bring you more energy and accompany you as you find your happiness through action.
