Vocational Training Council (VTC)
The Vocational Professionals Admission Scheme (VPAS) is a pilot scheme introduced by the HKSAR Government to attract non-local students enrolled in eligible VTC full-time HD programmes to stay and work in Hong Kong upon graduation.

Psychology is a remarkably broad field that studies mind and behavior at all levels of analysis ranging from the micro to the macro; from single cells to complex systems; from individuals to groups and cultures; and from invertebrates to humans. Our department is committed to research, teaching/mentorship, and service. We have over 1,000 undergraduate majors and enroll approximately 100 graduate students in our Ph.D. programs. The Department of Psychology, School of Humanities, Tongji University was established on May 14, 2016, with the aim of cultivating professionals in the field of applied psychology. The department offers first-level master's programs in psychology, including cognitive neuroscience, philosophical psychology and psychoanalysis, clinical and consulting psychology, and has established cooperative relationships with many internationally renowned universities.
