University of Notre Dame Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology at Notre Dame is a community of scholars and learners seeking to reveal and understand the principles and mechanisms that give rise to human behavior. Using basic, applied, and clinical research methods, our faculty and students develop novel theories of behavior, connect behavior to brain function, and develop evidence-based approaches to the treatment of behavioral disorders.
Tsinghua University Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology at Tsinghua University was founded in the autumn of 1926 and is one of the earliest psychology departments in Chinese universities. It was founded by famous psychologists Tang Yue, Sun Guohua, Zhou Xiangeng and others, and is one of the six major departments of the School of Science at Tsinghua University. The Department of Psychology emphasizes the teaching and research of basic psychological theories, and the courses offered focus on natural sciences. It has established general psychology laboratories and experimental psychology laboratories. In 1932, the Institute of Psychology was established and began to recruit graduate students.

The aim of the Indian Psychology Institute is to explore and develop what the Indian traditions can contribute to modern psychology in terms of theoretical models, specific insights, reliable methods, practical applications, and avenues for future research.The Indian Psychology Institute wants to help with the development of new approaches to psychology based on Indian philosophy, yoga and a life-affirming spirituality. It holds that such approaches to psychology will not only be more in harmony with the Indian ethos, but that they can make a crucial contribution to the evolving global civilization.
