The Re:Fresh Online Mental Health Self-help Platform provides a convenient and fast way for users to get emotional support when they need it. The platform's service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. During non-service hours, users can call the free mental health consultation hotline or the 24-hour emergency support hotline of other organizations. The platform is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of users, and provides a detailed privacy policy and disclaimer. Hong Kong Baptist Social Services (formerly known as Hong Kong Baptist Social Services before 2010) was authorized by the Hong Kong Baptist Convention in 1978 to be organized by Hong Kong Baptist University (formerly Hong Kong Baptist College) and officially established in 1982.
