The Re:Fresh Online Mental Health Self-help Platform provides a convenient and fast way for users to get emotional support when they need it. The platform's service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. During non-service hours, users can call the free mental health consultation hotline or the 24-hour emergency support hotline of other organizations. The platform is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of users, and provides a detailed privacy policy and disclaimer.
