Mental Health Forum aims to be the friendliest community for online mental health support. It provides a platform for individuals to discuss mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, self-harm, BPD, OCD, and more.
The Mental Health Forum was established in 2003 by the Mental Health Foundation, a UK-based charity. It is now run by a large team of volunteers supported by the non-profit organization Together 4 Change. The forum allows users to speak openly and anonymously about their mental health experiences. It offers a safe space where individuals can share what they are going through with others who understand mental health challenges. The experienced volunteer team ensures everyone feels welcome. Forum members and mental health experts have contributed articles on various mental health topics.
The Asian Mental Health Collective (AMHC) aims to make mental health resources easily available, approachable, and accessible to Asian communities worldwide.
