You can contact us anytime through your phone or computer via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, or our official website. 'OpenUp' is supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and the University of Hong Kong's Centre for Suicide Research, operated collaboratively by five social welfare organizations (BGCA, Caritas Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Hong Kong Youth Service, and St. James' Settlement). Our counseling team consists of trained volunteers and professional counselors, and all conversations are kept confidential.
